The HP-RC pump of the HP Series is a single-acting air-hydraulic pump with pneumatic valves suitable for automatic system applications. It has oil flow rates (l/min) ranging from 2,4 (HP350AP on discharge) to 0,1 (HP1000AP at 1000bar) and working pressures up to 1000bar.

The HP-RC pump, like all the HP Series pumps, can be installed in any hydraulic applications which requires high working pressures and moderate and controllable oil flow. Our HP Series air-hydraulic pumps can ensure the best precision during the operations.

Widely used in multiple fields of application, they are especially suitable for: industrial tools, clamping systems, automatic systems, continuous and intensive use.

Size

For systems or equipments which require larger oil capacities, the entire HP Series can be equipped with oversized steel oil tanks (2.5L the SL version and 4L the XL).
The choice of making these oversized oil tanks in steel material rather than in the same material as the standard 2.4-liter oil tank was due to prevent and avoid any possible oil leakage from the gasket between the oil tank and the lid in case of quick and huge oil flow returns into the pump oil tank from the actuators.
Should an even larger oil capacity be required, we can create ad hoc oil tanks.
