Air-hydraulic pumps with independent and simultaneous hydraulic locks - UPHC Series
Air-hydraulic pumps with independent and simultaneous hydraulic locks - UPHC Series
These Air-hydraulic pumps with independent and simultaneous hydraulic locks let you control 5 different actuators independently from each others
We manufacture air-hydraulic pumps with independent and simultaneous hydraulic locks, single-acting with manual and/or pneumatic drive. Different models available to satisfy every requirements. Thanks to a compact design, this type of pumps can be installed in small spaces and in critical environments, such as on board machine tools. Our UPHC pumps are air-hydraulic power units with an high pressure oil distribution system suitable for any hydraulic operations such as single-acting locking actuators. The control system is a central manifold driving block to which another two additional modular blocks can be applied per side, manually or pneumatically operated, as required.
It is therefore possible to control up to 5 different actuators independently and individually from each others. Available in 250 and 400 bar version, with 2.4 l/min of oil flow and 5 liter oil tanks. The choice of the type of control, manual or pneumatic, is totally free.
Each modular block, either central or lateral, can be operated manually or pneumatically with a special actuator cylinder.
The system can also be completed with accessories such as the level switch kit (useful for signaling lack of oil inside the tank) and the circuit pressure switch kit (useful for signaling critical pressure values), in order to prevent any possible damage and for safety.
